Name of character:Atrobius Urbanus


Race(fantasy only): Predominately Roman, with smidgens of Celt, and Elf.


Age: Well he's lived about five human lifetimes, but he looks like he's about 29. (That's just the elvish blood talkin')


Appearance: About 6 ft, well built, dark hair, forest green eyes, and a long scar along the left side of his face.

Clothing: Whatever "suites" the activity in which he is engaged.


Weapon(s){if any}: Sword in single combat, but in battle, he wields a battle axe and spear.


Personality: INTJ, he can be shy and usually has to rehearse what he is going to say. Mia asked how he could be a military commander and be shy. I said I didn't know and she said that he is comfortable with his role as military commander and outside of that he is shy. I love it when Mia answers her own questions. :))   


Occupation(if any): Military commander of... Sador? I forgot the name of the kingdom.


Parents, family, special friends: He has a brother named Alfred, and his cousin is the adopted daughter of King Frank George Washington George Washington, (or FGWGW. It might be just as hard to say but it sure makes typing easier.) and Queen Julianna


Homeland: He and Alfred spent until age five in Hibernia (Ireland) with their Mother, and until about age seventeen in Rome with their Father.

Animal(s){pet, steed, helper, etc. - Please limit to three}: Nothing.


Summary of background(if desired): (Anna. I don't know if this is accurate to the history you've laid out for the book, this is just my depiction) He has been a soldier since Queen Ithildae's grandfather's time, and was made commander by King FGWGW. Those were wondrous fair days during the reign of the Great King FGWGW, and the Beautiful Queen Julianna. Then, *sniff sniff* the tragic ming accident happened, and killed the noble King FGWGW and left the Queen alone. Not able to take the throne in her husbands place, she passed the throne down to her adopted daughter Ithildae. (Who just happens to be Atrobius' cousin the daughter of his Mother's brother. (She also happened to have a crush on him when she was a child. :))  

Other important info:He thinks the kingdom is falling and wants to go back to Rome, but is held there by the fact that he is the head military commander, and by the fact that his sister-in-law has returned from banishment. (It's a long story.) So he's kind of stuck.
